Of Mothers n Heroes

My Mom!
Could anyone in this world be like her!!
I love the smell of my Mom.
She's got a sweet and warm body odor,which almost forces you to want to be around her.
Her skins a smooth ivory,almost white...and she's one heck of woman.
She's a woman with gusto,personality and integrity.
Has always believed in her convictions,has never cowered before anyone.
I have never seen her obsess about appearances,yet I remember how beautiful she looked in her
red bell bottoms,clogged heels and a flowery top which I can only fleetingly remember.
Her personality is almost iconic,people have always well looked up to her.
My Mother's most important gift to me has been her acceptance of who I am.
I have often thought,did she at any point ever think,how could a child like me could be born to a person like HER!!
Am sure she must have,at some point,but she's always kept it guarded!!Never once could I see though,her absolute tolerance of my nonsensical behaviour!
Growing up my only claim to fame was that I was MY MOTHER's child!!
She was everyone's favourite teacher.
She could and still can.. light up any place by her presence.
She either would likes you or not,very often she did not,and it bothered you.
She always had ATTITUDE,something which is sadly not genetic,coz neither my brother nor I seem to have any.
I always squabbled with her about not having my own Life,wanting my own,but in my heart I always knew,there would be no one who I would rather be around!!
My MOTHER My HERO!!
There's no one like her,no one can be like her!!
There's nothing I want to change about her,she makes imperfections seem perfect too,except maybe,to convince her to get her hair streaked golden . Even Julia Roberts got hers done PINK at that for Hazel!!
I did not wish my Mom for Mothers Day,felt shy ,conscious,but I could never let a day pass by,
without not picking up the phone and talking to her!!
Makes me extremely upset and angry when call does not go through,or she's busy.
I'm probably the one who probably needs to let go and get a Life!!
